Me and my wife we had our date night here after watching this place being recommended. First thing I want to say, very exceptional food. Can’t go wrong with what you will order, we had the oysters which surprisingly were one of my favorites, the rigatoni, spaghetti, meatballs, beef tartare and the charcuterie board. All great items at a reasonable price, nice service again. We will be definitely going back.
Started with the Tuscan Fried Chicken and Calamari. I mean it was fried chicken so of course it was gonna be good, aioli on the side was tasty. Calamari was pretty good too I like how it was served. For the man I got the Veal Tagliatelle which also was good, nothing spectacular to note but really good pasta and high quality meat. Had The Corsini to drink because I love tea and this cocktail was super light and refreshing.
I spent my 30th birthday here. The service was the best I’ve seen in a while for an upscale restaurant. Customer service is a dying art. The manager for the night was constantly looking over many tables and making sure each glass of water was filled. Our waitress Zee was excellent and she explained the dishes with great clarification and detail. (I recommend the Gnocchi.)
Had a great experience at Marmo celebrating my birthday! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a relaxed dinner or a night out. Service was another highlight—friendly, attentive, and well-paced. We never felt rushed, and everything came out smoothly throughout the meal. Overall, Mormo delivers a really solid dining experience. Great food, great vibe, and a place I’d definitely come back to and recommend to others looking for something elevated but still comfortable.
Marmo is consistently one of my favorite spots. The rigatoni alla vodka is one of the best things on the menu. I sub gluten free pasta and add grilled chicken, and it is incredible every single time. The sauce is rich, perfectly balanced, and pairs with the pasta exactly how it should. They also have a divine gluten free brownie, which I was surprised with at my birthday dinner. As someone who eats gluten free and comes from a Greek and Italian background, it is rare to find a dish this good, and Marmo absolutely delivers. It is a little pricier than some other great Italian spots, but the food quality, service, and overall experience make it well worth it.
We love Marmo! Our favorite ❤️ happy hour in town. Our waiter was Jimmie was friendly and professional. We recommend the Cacio e Pepe, rigatoni alla vodka e le pollette 😋
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in Houston! The ambience of the place is truly intimate and very pleasing. We had an amazing server who walked us through both the menu and the drink catalog. We got the spicy vodka pasta, and the squid in pasta as well, and both were truly a divine, I would definitely recommend this place in, but you could also do group gatherings as well! Definitely check it out ☺️
Super nice restaurante in Montrose. Parking is a bit of a challenge but if you valet they validate it which is good. Food and service was excellent. We went for Saturday lunch with a reservation. It wasn’t super busy. They had a nice set menu also with good prices.
The service fro. Start to finish was impeccable!! Comfortable, not rushed, attentive but not overwhelming. We had the charcuterie starter and it was delicious. I had the gnocchis with Ragú and fava beans and wow!!! Was amazing. We did the small portions of pasta and trust me it’s so much!! My husband did the penne ala vodka and the pasta was perfection!! Homemade and very good. Desserts were lovely. The panna cotta was for sure the way to go! We really enjoyed the whole experience as well as the food. 100% would go back and would recommend.
Took my wife here for her birthday dinner. It was our second time at the restaurant and we were reminded why we liked it in the first place. I had the Gulf Red Snapper and my wife had the Rigatoni Alla Vodka, piccolo size. My dish was delicious. The whole grilled fish is an amazing sight, and it tastes even better. The white sauce it sits in is very comforting, savory, creamy and delicious! The dish as a 10/10! My wife’s pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was very light and tasty! For desert we ordered the strawberry panna cotta to share which was very velvety, light and delicious while not being extremely sweet which we loved. They also threw in a brownie fudge with whipped cream for her birthday which we also loved!
